Each month, we run in-person and online mental health-focused #PeerSupport Groups. They have a set discussion topic, are facilitated by autistic members of our staff team and are completely free to join.

Our @leedsautismaim.bsky.social service offers some support around mental health, including their Wellbeing Project and regular mental health peer support groups.
It works with autistic adults in #Leeds who get little or no funded support.
Shine Bright are running wellbeing peer support sessions for young #neurodivergent people living in #Leeds!
The sessions are part of a 12-week programme that can help with putting together wellness and crisis plans.
