@marcknightcalcium.bsky.socialExcited to share that I’m joining IPB from 1st November in Professor Tina Romeis’ department! I’m proud to join this august institution and fantastic scientific community. Huge thanks to Tina and everyone at IPB for the warm welcome. Looking forward to being your colleague!

@marcknightcalcium.bsky.socialI think I’m right in saying this is our biggest biostimulant experiment starting today (winter wheat), around 20 Ha in East Anglia, UK. I think we coated around 1 tonne of seed. Wish us luck!

@marcknightcalcium.bsky.socialI was being ironic: I’m very jealous! Invite me to give a seminar and I’ll help you drink it 😂 Hope all’s good with you?
@marcknightcalcium.bsky.socialDo you have to drink it too? What a burden 😝
@marcknightcalcium.bsky.socialOur first full trials for commercial seed coatings with our biostimulant in wheat and maize, field trials very soon!
@marcknightcalcium.bsky.socialLucky to be shown the field-realistic phenotyping platform, and the largest seed archive in Europe @leibnizipk.bsky.social
@marcknightcalcium.bsky.socialCan’t believe I’ve actually been in Germany long enough to help “give birth” to a Masters thesis, feeling stupidly proud…..
