One Track Mind with Ryan Luis Rodriguez

The only podcast about audio commentaries that matters because it’s the only one we’ve ever heard. New episodes every other Sunday. Co-host of Reels of Justice.

Ryan’s Recommendation(s): “Super Troopers 2” (2018)

Doesn’t come close to the original, but it’s always a joy seeing these guys assemble on a big screen. Bonus points for actually getting Brian Cox to return for a crowdfunded dopey comedy. #FilmSky

Ryan’s Recommendation(s): “Beerfest” (2006)

Contains one of the funniest and most surprising “fuck you, audience” twists in modern mainstream comedy. I think we spoiled it on the podcast but if not, go in blind. Trust me on this one. #FilmSky

Ryan’s Recommendation(s): “Club Dread” (2004)

Broken Lizard takes a swing and makes a horror/comedy hybrid. Does it entirely work? Naturally, no, but they could have rested on their laurels instead, and that gets really boring really quickly. #FilmSky
