Even after hitting credits for Dressmaker several weeks ago, I still have brainworms, and it’s dragging me back to my EGL days. Hell, I bought a Lolita dress for the first time in ages. (I think the last time I bought a Lolita dress was 5+ years ago and even then, I was burnt out on the fashion.)

Crazy Rich Asians for Tax Purposes.

prepare to boo me, but if you’re sick and not testing for COVID you can’t say it’s not COVID. also, you need to know because if you’re at risk for or happen to develop post COVID conditions you AND your doctor will need that documented.

also please don’t assume it’s a cold and then go out in public, lot of people can’t afford to get sick right now physically, financially, and mentally.

There is exactly 1 US public health agency still doing the work.

I need to preface this by saying that I had a nerve-wracking presentation today, so it might've contributed, but throwing up after coughing just once shouldn't be something that lands me in the ER right-

Look you can be happy with Mamdani for whatever other successes he has as a politician and leader (and he has those) but not only is anger from the pro Palestine movement valid, it is fucking justified and necessary.

Zohran Mamdani ran on anti-genocide and said he would arrest Netanyahu on the campaign trail then provided him a police escort to the UN while arresting protesters. He’s maintained a Zionist police head and given millions to Zionist institutions. He’s condemned protestors of illegal land sales.

Bunch of people who refuse to believe that COVID is still a problem: the Russians have invented a super plague! We’re doomed!
