@megancutler.bsky.socialI don't like leaving one star reviews but I'm TIRED. I HURT. I could barely sleep last night. I have not been able to confidently find a replacement service that I believe will actually show up to my house. I'm not sure when basic things became so freaking hard.
@megancutler.bsky.socialNo reschedule options were offered. So I said the entire service would have to be canceled. And then, because I had been leaving work for the cleaners, I had to do it all myself. Which left me in wretched pain. Pain I was still in this morning when the company sent me an email asking for a review.
@megancutler.bsky.socialAbout an hour and a half after the appointment was supposed to happen I got an answer to one of my texts telling me I wasn't in the schedule. No one was coming and the appointment would have to be canceled 'for now.' I guess they wanted me to wait for the next 3 week window?
@megancutler.bsky.socialI waited 20 minutes before I started calling. My first assumption was that something happened with traffic or another appointment ran late. I could live with that. But I wondered why no one contacted me. No one ever answered the phone. No one ever returned my voicemail.
@megancutler.bsky.socialI'm sure from the 'supposed to' gives away the fact that the clean didn't happen. Even though I received a text confirmation of my appointment that *seemed* like it was written by a human and even though they took the money from my account, no one showed up.
@megancutler.bsky.socialSince injuring my back in April, I have struggled to keep up with the house work. It took some time, but my husband and I found some money in the budget to hire a cleaning service, and with some excitement I booked my first clean for what was supposed to be an every 3-week reoccurring service.
