People ask why I only seem to watch old anime. The truth is, I wish I could watch more new stuff. But I feel like I've seen 90% of what's out there in the last decade without having to watch it? There are rare gems out there, but it takes so much work sifting through the twelve-and-done slop series.

The final results! Love the colour on this. The smokiness is perfect from the 50/50 cherry and hickory blend. Hot enough to make your lips tingle, but more savoury, fruity, and a little bit sweet. Probably my favourite batch of my favourite recipe so far!
