@tcrimes.bsky.socialStrictly speaking, they're tension headaches manifesting migraine-level pain. So I don't get clusters headaches, or auras, but the pain is utterly debilitating. It's super cool when I'm woken up at 130am at peak pain. I get to stand in the shower, miserably waiting for meds to kick in. Yay.
