Hey. So. My lungs are at a new all time low for FEV1 percentage. Basically, I can only exhale one liter of air at 30%ish of my expected value. This is causing some issues with energy, headaches, and other symptoms associated with low oxygen. As such, I'll be significantly less active for a while.
