Peep my Halloween profile update. So sick.

I just finished S3, and Hot Rod really steps up his game as TV’s biggest jerk. A love-disdain potion that sets my teeth on edge — true thespian wonder.

The ‘Minotaur’ love continues with a genuinely magical third issue — where ish hits the fan but also hope blooms like a flower on a trash hill.

This was fun to write. Fun to edit. And fun to put out. FUN FOR HALLOWEEN!

Always a treat to talk to Si about anything. ‘Minotaur’ is such a great book, and it’s one that speaks to our moment and still does so many other wonderful things. Big things percolating after this debut arc.

I work with C-Suite executives in rewriting their resumes. When we’ve had someone dips on us for long enough (a few days, even), I’ve been informed to flat out send their resumes exactly as-is. As a HS English once told us, “Communication is kindness.”

Great thread. I will add that all of this comes at a time when I think creators are genuinely taking huge swings creatively (and landing more often than not — even failures feel vital), which makes these developments all the more depressing and confounding.
