What this also means:
We (@SafeguardingResearch) can only rescue things from the flames, can only try to pull them out of the burning building. But we can't stop the fire or extinguish the flames.

Sciop.net being "volunteer-based, consensus-driven, nimble", while SciOp-TIB would be "institution-based, process-driven, predictable"
