After talking to Bo, I think I can do this, right? I'm looking for feedback! What do you like about my VP? Do I have strong points? Is there something you do not like? What do you think I can improve? Anything I should try/do differently? Just any thoughts, honestly, hit me, be harsh, be honest!

Compassion... there's a simplicity to many of the beliefs Thomas holds and in this he'd probably put it something like:

"Giving a fuck about people, and not just you and yours."

He's fierce and intense about it but wouldn't know how to expand on it, it's. Yeah. Simple to him.

It makes me sad to see you go, but your well-being is what matters the most. You don't owe anyone VPs, people who genuinely care will understand. And if they don't, that's on them, not you. I'd love to see you around again whenever you feel ready,
