@bonuslizard.bsky.socialSQXL 2026 is just over a week away! For those unable to make it, the top 8 for @maxdoutex.bsky.social and I’s mystery tournament will be streamed by Tenomedia on Sun, Oct. 4 at 6:00PM EDT!
@bonuslizard.bsky.socialFixed!
@bonuslizard.bsky.socialSeptember's 1CC is Metal Slug for the NeoGeo! I'm nearly out of 1CC clears, so I'm going to need to start grinding again.
@bonuslizard.bsky.socialIt's 1.5 on Maniac. This is going off the often mocked, but still useful Japanese STG wiki. BL God is a 36 which is waaaaaaaaaaay too much for me to attempt just yet.
@bonuslizard.bsky.socialOnly 6 games left (until I can start worrying about 2nd loops x_x).
@bonuslizard.bsky.social
@bonuslizard.bsky.socialCan't have a 1CC grind without game-over'ing right before the last boss dies >_<
@bonuslizard.bsky.social@bonuslizard.bsky.socialI think R1 pushes which knocks back opponents a bit. It does no damage directly, but colliding with a wall will damage and bounce them back and you can push them again before they can recover. Fortunately you can duck the push to escape the loop, but it’s still a funny way to rack up damage.
@bonuslizard.bsky.socialHave you found the push loops?
@bonuslizard.bsky.socialYeah, I’m kind of expensive now.
