Idk. I love moxxie as a character and yet I have like very little merch of him. i guess there's a kinda knock-on effect where I'm not in a rush to buy his merch because I know he's not going to sell out fast, and even if he does, he'll be cheap to buy second-hand.

Loona clearly had a crush on Tex but she didnt even know anything about him besides how cool he seemed. Meanwhile he seemed to see her as a younger person in need of a bit of help socially, so he invited her out to a party to meet people. Now Loona gets to be the cool older person helping via out.

Octavia getting validation from someone she sees as so cool and put-together is what she's looking for. Of course she doesnt know yet that Loona was the uncool unexperienced friendless girl very recently and they actually have a lot in common. big parallels to how Loona interacted with Tex in S1.
