There IS a tonal difference in our work, even when we cover the same thing! These days zombie strips are being taken over with the artist's own style, and I don't think it's as fickle as it used to be. Nothing in your fan art has come close to desecration though!

I feel like the "rules" for Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner were made well after the fact. I don't know if it was meant to be that philosophical at the time or if they just wanted to beat a coyote up.

Modern Simpsons is interesting because the less it attempts to be classic Simpsons, the better it is. The biggest offenders in those few episodes are the voices, and the gore is surprisingly graphic these days.

The first Space Jam was an absolute nostalgia bait. I was 5 at the time so I was the primary demographic. But even I agree the movie on its own doesn't really hold up that well!

I suppose the former is less overt because it's impossible to read on desktop! XD
