I tend to do better when I think of it as an open invite to get curious about what we can create! And yes, even our "failures" are evidence we showed up & gave it a try. Maybe we learned a bit, maybe we get a bit more comfortable experimenting.

So far I have ended up in column three multiple times so far this month. While I'm frustrated that I wish I had more scribbles to share, I'm also happy at the same time, bc I spent more time in a creative practice & I've got a good start on stories I'm excited to write when I have more space! WIN!

Option 1: You wrote a scene, gave it minimal edits, & shared it within 24 hrs. Hooray! You created a Kinky Scribble! Good work! Enjoy your dopamine.

Option 2: You started writing & didn’t like the outcome enough to share it. Oh no! Did I fail at Kinky Scribbles? Are you interested in the words you wrote?

If Yes: Hooray! You have a good start on a story that interests you and could become a longer/more polished project. Good work! Enjoy your inspiration & head start.

If No: That's okay. Want to try again?

If Yes: go back to the start.

If No: That’s okay, too. Did you write words that you wouldn’t have written otherwise?

If No: Literally don’t know how you could get to that answer in this flowchart, but go off I guess. If you wrote words, I’m proud of you.

If Yes: Hooray! You wrote words! No matter how you feel about those words, nobody can take away from you the fact that you made progress today. Good work! Enjoy your boosted confidence.

CW mental health On some of these muted words, I can see layers of repetition, where I was like "I could have SWORN I had this word muted. Guess not, better add it now so it doesn't crater my mental health on a bad day!" Some terms related to my top hard limits were repeated FOUR times. WTF, BSKY!
