Juvenile cases do not impact your right to vote. Ever.

California’s voter registration deadline is Oct. 19, with Same Day Registration available through Election Day on Nov. 3.

Know your rights and find more youth voting resources from OYCR: www.ylc.org/votinginfo/?...

Students shouldn’t have to become legal experts to understand their rights.

SSAIS and NCYL’s new toolkit helps students and families understand their rights, options and where to turn after experiencing sex-based harassment at school.

A hug shouldn’t be a privilege. 💙 AB 1646 is now law in California, giving youth in juvenile facilities the right to appropriate, consensual physical contact with loved ones during visits, including hugs and holding hands. A meaningful win for youth and families.
