Misson A.D.

Indeed, I *had* not played this #C64 (albeit: SID) Classic until this morning and it is a perfectly lovely mid-80s Run 'n' Gun game, with some neat elevator action (!) and map-changing mechanics. But, just doing this and trying to limit energy-depletion all game is not fun.

The Evil Dead’s suitably creepy soundtrack can’t disguise its poor graphics, awful controls and crummy gameplay. Sadly, the scariest thing about it is how bad it is. An absolute horror show. Watch the brilliant film instead.
