Today's Voice of Dog entry is by a young up-and-comer named *checks notes* Roz-coey J. Beatles? Hmm, he'll probably never catch on.

(I'll take a break from live-reacting today let you make up your own mind about this one ;3)

Wonderful conclusion! That was some great action and a very cool way to resolve the problem. I am immediately interested in these characters and the world at large. Very cool! Not a scary one of course, but there will be time for ghosts and ghouls later. This one was just satisfying. Well done!

Last time: Helen Steward, a member of the mysterious Smith Agency, was tasked to stop sinister forces from attacking the foundations of America through Baseball. Steward and her contact, Etienne de Ludre, were on their way to the former home of the Dodgers when their subway train was hijacked.

David Steward is New York’s premier supernatural detective, but he’s learned that he’s not the first Steward to protect Gotham from all the things that go bump in the night.

Tonight’s story is the second and final part of “Switch Hitter” by J.S. Hawthorne.

I am generally pretty cold on vampires, but I am enjoying Switch Hitter! Good historical urban fantasy so far with some horror elements. Low levels of scariness so far but VERY interested in the stakes and world building! Excited for part 2!

Tonight’s story is the first of two parts of “Switch Hitter” by J.S. Hawthorne.
