We refunded the fee and are launching it this November...and @publisherswkly.bsky.social just gave it a great writeup, so it looks like that was a good call!

So we manage submissions as another product...we make a limited number available periodically, and once or twice a month we will offer paid critiques with a guaranteed four-week turnaround--and a refund if we publish
