Process time! Here’s a dope ass video of @quigleyer.bsky.social’s painting of an Electrant.
Traditional inks, without cleaning the scan. When i clean the scan it gets grainy. At the moment I'm a little worried about erasing anything, there's a non-insignificant amount of Dr. Martin's Opaque White in there.
Good fun, just some more sketches. I should post more finished stuff, but it's less exciting for me. Weird, I know.
100% digital. I'm drawing a lot of people who look like this guy, I'm just messing around with inking very very very quickly. For these I'm using a very large brush, and I'm setting size to pressure and then using very firm pressure sensitivity. I never use the full size of the brush.
Digital Inks of some of those pencils earlier.
Really playing with shapes now.
Sage advice from beyond...

Digital ink of my pencil scans
A pencil drawing I left out on my table. I have no idea how long these actually take, I do like five minutes at a time.
Here are some more demon shape creation sheets that @quigleyer.bsky.social put together from when we first started working together. As you can see, the Psychodriver's visuals and others came from working through this process.
I started inking, kinda messed it up already. I need to finish that, though-- I need to get used to how to do that.
Probably not going to get any more finished than that.

This was @quigleyer.bsky.social's original brainchild for this panel. The spirals on it were a great touch imo.
Really digging (into the paper) with this 2H lead. I'm probably going to stick with it, it all scans in fine. It doesn't smudge and you never have to sharpen it. Win/win/win.

I don't show this much because it's old, but this was for Nathan Paoletta's World Wide Wrestling Roleplaying Game. Best. Job. Ever.
Sometimes things are left on the cutting room floor in the process. This is an alternate layout @quigleyer.bsky.social did for page 6!
Been so busy, but I keep a sheet of paper on the table at times. Every now and then I stop and draw on it, not great for real work but it keeps me in practice.
