@carolinevoadenmp.bsky.socialMy recent survey on teacher retention raised some really concerning results. It painted the profession as overworked and under-supported. Already there is a retention crisis in schools. Without urgent action, the situation could become much worse.

It’s time for the government to compel them to protect – and restore – face-to-face banking services in rural areas.
