Fan art for one of my new fave actual plays, the anthology Call of the Cthulhu series, @pushtheroll.com. Ross Bryant is great as pulling out cyclopean words to set the scene, and a rotating cast of improv people bring a huge variety of stories to life. I wanted to capture that variety of creepiness.

Push the Roll in day glow purple death metal root-style lettering against a green gray stormy sky. A dead tree shaped like a rib cage has arms coming off of it, rolling things towards the viewer. These include d10s, a red-lit jack o lantern, a globe of an alien planet with a skull shaped continent, souls trapped in a cadmium coloured gem, a skull with many tiny eyeholes where the big eyes would be. an eye with teeth in the pupil, a pull sphere codex, a snowglobe of a woman in front of a mansion like a gothic romance book cover and a silver ball with blades coming out of it like from Phantasm. The roll down a dark green hill.
