Nice! My story, “In Every Seed, a Hope” from @tractorbeamearth.bsky.social was named as a recommended read in Year’s Best Canadian Fantasy and Science Fiction Volume 4. This Thanksgiving, I’m thankful @ourmankoto.bsky.social showcases Canadian SFF! Excited to read the great stories in vol. 4!
"Her crew and passengers are haunted too. She’s not sure when the massacre happened, maybe generations ago. But they know something’s missing. There’s a puzzlement in their folk memories. A glitch, like hers. A phantom limb." Stunning @emlinden.bsky.social www.orions-belt.net/archives/gho...
Y'all! trade reviews are starting to come in and THE FIST OF MEMORY got a STARRED review in Publishers Weekly calling it an "expertly executed epic". As a writer its one thing to craft something you think is special and unique, another for others to agree. 🙏🏾⭐

The Deadlands is an excellent magazine of dark fiction and poetry, and editor E. Catherine Tobler makes it incredible. Let's help her out in this needful time. www.gofundme.com/f/help-suppo...
Please do chip in to support an excellent writer and human who is going through it
Elise is dealing with some really tough things right now. She's a good friend and a fabulous editor and author. If you can help, every little bit counts.
Elise Tobler, editor of the fabled SHIMMER magazine and now THE DEADLANDS is hospitalized after cancer and an infection. She made SFF an inclusive, interesting place and broke out many authors.
Help if u can
Elise does so, so much for us as a writer, an editor, and a member of our community. Let's do something for her, shall we?
New story out now in Orion's Belt!
The perfect season to go on a jaunt with some lonely monsters tearing up the highlands (and to tear a little into the megalith's profits, too)
THE LAST DRAGONERS OF BOWBAZAR could always do with more readers. It's a tale about growing up in Calcutta in the 90s/00s, in a family that may be members of a diaspora from another reality, in a house that may be a dragons' nest. British Fantasy & Subjective Chaos Kind of Award-winner.
I loved this story! It has a fabulist touch and is beautifully told--definitely check it out:
