@theodoresnapdragon.bsky.socialI really enjoyed āWhat the Woods Tookā, a 2024 speculative YA horror novel. It was deeply emotionally involving book with a compelling enemies to lovers lesbian romance. Warning, it does handle some dark topics.
I also enjoyed the Sworn Soldier books by T Kingfisher! More cozy imo

Iām tired of trying to be a brand, to try to make myself constantly similar and familiar. My stories can be deeply, fundamentally different from one another and Iām glad for that.
