They've got several! I'm a particular fan recently of Fighting Fascism, with @aaronregunberg.bsky.social @jonathansmucker.bsky.social & @mdasilva.bsky.social
🚨The Massachusetts Attorney General has new evidence of Exxon's climate deception, including a deposition with an Exxon scientist who agreed the company's algae biofuel claims were misleading.
“They are really scared of the public finding out about this reality,” said @aaronregunberg.bsky.social
There is much that is analytically wrong with Jane Flegal's support of the permitting deal. Should inject caution & humility to grasp of the scope of this very complicated, hotly contested brawl. And, to me, suggests the secrecy & urgency behind this bill is designed to override legit opposition.
This case is about fossil fuel CEOs’ profound fear of sitting in front of a jury of 12 Americans and trying to defend their companies’ deceptive conduct—because they know it’s indefensible. That's basically the whole deal.
David Morales' field director @jennsteinfeld.bsky.social talks to us about how unique a candidate @davidmoralespvd.bsky.social is, and how other campaigns can run field the right way and win. A must-listen for those involved in campaigns or curious about how it all works on a person-to-person level!
as I wrote: "The fracking to AI pipeline is a crime. And the crime is homicide."
@aaronregunberg.bsky.social & @darkush.bsky.social are leading on this front
Aaron's piece is spot-on This extends far beyond climate & "really does represent an attempt to fundamentally restructure our corporate governance model in the US" They want to not only dismantle the regulatory state, but also take away any judicial recourse to remedy harms. It is utter impunity
The judicial system should apply to everyone and corporations shouldn’t get to opt out of it.
Thanks @aaronregunberg.bsky.social for this. Would Big Oil and other corporate interests be so desperate to avoid accountability if they weren't culpable?!?
Not a lawyer, but "SEC. 209. ENEPA TECHNOLOGIES" (pages 74-94) appears to require creation of AI tools for a) company use to generate environmental docs and b) agency use to review environmental docs. AI-generated forms reviewed by AI tools in understaffed/underfunded agencies! What could go wrong.
The oligarchs are coming for every last tool the American people have ever used to restrain corporate abuse, deception, and overreach. It's a huge new front in the right's push for elite impunity, and it's not getting enough attention. For @newrepublic.com.

“Climate hushers deny the actual reason working-class voters have fled the Democratic Party: its centrist capture by big-money interests that have again and again stopped Democrats from taking strong stances on a whole range of supermajoritarian populist issues.” @aaronregunberg.bsky.social
Nice public nuisance laws you have there. Would be a shame if anything happened to them.

Hot new fad on the right: granting special legal rights to corporations by taking away everyday peoples’ right to access the court system. Corporate bill mill ALEC pushing these in a state house near you next year. @newrepublic.com @aaronregunberg.bsky.social newrepublic.com/article/2154...
We spoke with @aaronregunberg.bsky.social about his article at The Guardian, “The datacenter backlash is bringing the entire political spectrum together – against big tech billionaires.” soundcloud.com/user-8304426...
The movement against data centers unites Americans because they perfectly illustrate how a few individuals hold all the power to control our lives--Fury over water-guzzling, air-polluting behemoths and the tech oligarchs imposing them.

In which @patrickwyman.bsky.social argues that local American elites are not untouchable supervillains but "fucking idiots" that can be beaten, and Aaron responds with a story of Dunkin franchise owners trying to bribe him with Dunkin gift cards.
3/4 of Americans now oppose data centers in their own community, and opposition crosses party lines and has been growing dramatically over the past year. Ds need to campaign on Trump's support for unconstrained development of these facilities.2/ @aaronregunberg.bsky.social @theguardian.com
We friggin' loved this episode. Historian @patrickwyman.bsky.social joined us to discuss what makes societies fall apart and how history demonstrates that human agency — and our decisions today — really do matter in determining what comes next for our civilization.
I wrote about data centers for @theguardian.com.
Billionaires have created a perfect opening to transform our politics against both Trump and the oligarchy that produced him in the first place. It’s a singular opportunity.
But Dems could easily fuck it up. www.theguardian.com/us-news/ng-i...
