2 years of nothing followed by a job where I'm miserable and in pain, and I feel like I can't keep up. This sucks.

For the sake of my sanity/sense of self preservation, new pages are going on a 'whenever I get one done' schedule until I get past the learning curve of the job. Official Day 1 kicked my ass, but I made it through.

I don't know how much you use the sharing aspect of docs/etc but LibreOffice has been enough for me when I moved all my stuff offline. I heard mixed messages of 'they're training off your work' and 'they'll delete it if they don't like it' and decided I was not gonna deal with that.

There's a lot of factors I'm not sure how they're going to play with my battery. Like, active on my feet, gonna need some time to build strength up, no customer service/mostly secluded prep with limited interaction, a lot of technical 'putting things together' work. This is gonna be interesting.

I get to figure out this week if I actually need more sleep when I'm on my feet for 8 hours working or if the nervous gremlin energy means I just function on 5-6 like I have been. Vote now on your phones.
