Innovation should never come at the expense of workers. The proposed sale of Spirit Airlines’ internal data to Google is raising alarm bells around workers’ privacy. I’m calling on Google to implement strict safeguards to protect workers’ sensitive information in this transaction.

Salmon sustain fishing jobs and help our local economies thrive. $5.9 million from NOAA’s Community-based Restoration Program is headed to Oregon’s 4th Congressional District to support restoring habitat for Coho Salmon across four Oregon Coast watersheds.

1/ Congratulations to OCCC on receiving a monumental $2.9 million grant that will expand workforce education opportunities in rural, coastal Oregon. This investment will create three new programs:

Americans shouldn't have to fear cuts to their hard-earned benefits. We need to protect and strengthen Social Security. That’s why I introduced the Social Security Expansion Act to increase annual benefits and extend its solvency. The American people can’t wait any longer.

Starbucks is a Fortune 500 company with the resources to reach fair agreements and treat employees with respect. Forming a union should never be grounds for shutting down a store.

You shouldn’t have to worry that your groceries will cost more due to technology on a digital shelf label. In Congress, I'm co-leading the Stop Price Gouging in Grocery Stores Act to put a stop to this predatory technology.

Don’t let them fool you. They know their agenda is toxic. They know the American people don’t support it. So what’s their plan? Wait until after the election to do the worst.
