If Trump was indeed a Russian asset how would he act any differently than he already is?
Brilliant stuff here that adds to the No to the Nine campaign for the Alberta referendum
Overriding local decisions that allow for more housing supply makes zero sense. Watching a conservative government add heavy regulation to free-market housing supply is simply mind-boggling.
Good stuff here from the Leader of @albertandp.ca about this crucial Thanksgiving weekend and the last push before the Advance Poll for the referendum next week.
Yes - talked about this in this week’s @balanceofpowerpod.ca - an initiative of the Strategists Media Corp!
Here’s a gift link to the Globe and Mail investigation about American interference in the Alberta referendum, and the separatist operatives (one of whom is a UCP President) who went to the United States to offer them our water and oil.
It’s the overwhelming consensus of those who study human biology that Standard Time better aligns with our circadian rhythm. This issue drives me crazy.
There’s a mountain of evidence that Standard Time better aligns with circadian rhythm. It’s not even close, and it’s not new evidence, either. It’s just that dingdongs like Danielle Smith think they know better than the overwhelming scientific consensus.
The time change option chosen unilaterally by Danielle Smith, in the face of overwhelming evidence supporting Standard Time, will cause health harms for those in northern AB, specifically. Imagine being a parent in Peace River with a sunrise closer to 10am. Mental/physical health harms, etc.
New ads just dropped - There’s a poll out tomorrow via CBC that apparently shows the UCP down. That’s because Danielle Smith’s catering to separatists is unpopular, and the closer we get to Oct 19, the more people are (rightfully) blaming her for this debacle. No to the Nine.
NDP's David Eby says some Opposition want the province as 'American protectorate' nationalnewswatch.com/2026/09/24/n...
Just over here grateful we aren’t having a referendum about accommodation
Monday, September 21st. A month till Albertans vote on a multiple choice separation ballot AND nine other racist/useless questions. Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at fighting the noxious nine, with @carterab.bsky.social, @jaredwesley.ca & Avnish Nanda of @ouralbertadvantage.bsky.social. #cdnpoli
In her second satirical Public Service Announcement for Forward Weekly, The Beaverton's @clareblackwood.bsky.social answers the questions Premier Danielle Smith doesn't want to deal with.

I cannot fathom why we wouldn’t want to preserve this piece of Canadian history.
This is a great idea!
Jim Stanford: “This claim of interprovincial subsidization is completely false. Alberta pays no money to Quebec, or to any other province. The Alberta government, like other provinces, receives huge transfers from Ottawa to help pay for health care and other programs.”
I do not! I work in other areas now!
Getting really sick of this shit
