The deck for my talk on Failure in RPGs is now at 77 slides! I reckon for the indie RPG crowd, 80% of this will be basic knowledge. I'm anticipating my audience to be beginner or D&D-centric RPG players, so I've adjusted the topic accordingly. We will see on Saturday whether I succeed!
