This morning, the federal government turned the full force of the Department of Homeland Security against a sitting member of Congress for the offense of disagreeing with the White House. The path to citizenship should not be weaponized against anyone, including Rep. Ilhan Omar, a naturalized American who swore an oath to this country — the same one that I took. The promise of citizenship should not be contingent on someone agreeing with the federal government.

Outside of the #Antarctic, temperatures have been above average for nearly all areas of our planet in the last three months. This is clear when looking at each latitude band.

Wood Mackenzie hat 43 Strommärkte durchgerechnet. In allen ist ein Batteriespeicher mit vier Stunden günstiger als ein Gaskraftwerk für die Abendspitze. Am deutlichsten in Europa. Deutschland schreibt trotzdem 9 GW aus, die zehn Stunden am Stück liefern müssen. Batterien sind damit faktisch raus.
