fuck, hope her insurance covers the damage. Its disgusting anyone is left to going through that with no supports from the states. A media story usually pushes action quicker than anything else.

5. Contact guards if concerns its used for drug dealing etc 6. Keep records of all correspondence – phones calls, letters 7. Keep record of all impacts on their property, damp, rats, structural 8. Talk to GP about mental health impacts & get a letter 9. Go to the local media 10. Sue the owner

1. Contact multiply council departments regularly vacant homes officer derelict sites team building control 2. Contact local councillors & TDs 3.If there’s rats contact HSE Environmental Health Office & Uisce Éireann 4. Contact fire brigade if any danger of something falling off

Have 1% chance of being registered as derelict
Almost 0% risk of paying any derelict levy

Yet their wealth assets rise in value while causing increases in our rents & mortgages

These owners also destroy our community & local economy
