@virtuous_sloth No! I did not know that the Dominion Land Survey did square miles with 99 foot allowances for grid roads for Manitoba and half of Saskatchewan but then switched to 2x1 miles (north-south x east-west) with 66-foot allowances for grid roads west of that dividing meridian!

A Tennessee appellate court has ruled that the killing of a woman may have been justifiable because she was trans. The court reversed a conviction, stating that the killer could have a new trial because the jury did not know the woman killed was trans. Trans panic in the modern era.

@sean if I were given to conspiracy theories I would wonder if it was an intentional decision to steer users away from self reflection and copyediting.

Or I'm just an edge case for wanting to fix my typos. That's totally possible too.

@sean I dunno if I buy that. CRUD ("create, read, update, delete" if you're not familiar) is a pretty ancient incantation.
