I know people want to be helpful, but if someone asks a question in a group setting (such as social media) and you don't know the answer, you do not in fact have to reply. And you DEFINITELY don't need to reply if you're just going to run the question through AI and screenshot the result.

Like I DO have to check if I switched the geyser off every single time I go into the kitchen because the one time I didn't check, it'll have been left on for over 6 hours. And the same goes for checking that the front door is locked and the fridge door is actually closed.

The problem with having ADHD and OCD is that if I have a sudden panic that I forgot to do something, there is a huge chance that I did in fact forget to do that thing.
