People seem to think that MTG is going to stop making foil Commons and Uncommons. That’s not the case, y’all - finish the paragraph. They’re just going to only be in Collector Boosters, so the foils in Play Boosters will be guaranteed Rare or Mythic. You can still fill Pauper decks with all foils.
