@ruralnp-fl.bsky.socialI finally did it. I quit working as an APRN. I feel like I lost my soul not being able to provide care for the poor and elderly. Fighting insurance for inhalers, common meds. And people are not ok. I pivoted to nursing faculty and I love it so far. Hoping I can regain my love of helping people. 😥❤️

The worst I have ever seen if refusing to see a pt or refill meds, but after multiple occurrences and failed payment plans.
