Book 234:

Star Trek: The Last Starship 📱🦹‍♂️🚀💙📚🪐

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2

Following the cataclysmic events of The Burn, a lone Fleet Commander puts together a ragtag team and a ship with a controversial warp core and engineer. Trek gets good when it takes chances on a story worth telling. Thanks to #IDW & #NetGalley

A 4 1/2⭐️ book review for Star Trek: The Last Starship from LiteraryLollapalooza.blogspot.com: “Following the cataclysmic events of The Burn, in which 96% of Starfleet is lost when all inert dilithium explodes warp cores throughout the galaxy. Starfleet is destroyed; The crime syndicate The Emerald Chain is on the rise. A beleaguered Starship Captain and Fleet Commander puts together the Last Starship, the USS Omega, a ship run with a Borg warp core and Queen Agnes Jurati as the ship’s engineer. With a ragtag group of survivors, and no Federation to guide the way, Captain Sato turns to one of Starfleet’s greatest adversaries to help resurrect one of its greatest heroes. As bold and controversial as ST can get, this isn’t everyone’s Starfleet. But it is fearless storytelling to tell complicated, ethical human stories using such a beloved fan IP. For me, this is when Trek gets good: when it takes chances and gambles fan ire for a story worth telling. Thanks to #IDW & #NetGalley for the AR.”

La semana pasada empecé a hacer esta tontería para calentar y resulta que darle vueltas al estilo, al trazo, a los pinceles y demás viene genial para activar la mente y ponerse en modo "dibujante de cómics", si es que eso existe.
