Russian TV has released Russian Navy shots of the incident where they fired flares against a Danish Air Force helicopter a few weeks back. What I find most interesting is how operations are described by the TV report. Russia is doing combat missions.

Authorities confirm our suspicions that: 1) there was no monitoring in place that could have prevented the exfiltration, 2) that it was only caught when invoicing the small Danish company at end of month and the bill was out of the ordinary.

I think it could be some confusion over ICAO ranges, some are military some are infra some are OY- mapped

Pictures published by DR shows that SARMAT was likely towing the dredger 'ATLANT'. The images, which I have seen, show the dredger with approximately one meter of freeboard. This could be the reason for the slow and interrupted journey.
