Federal ICE agents raided Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar’s Washington-area home before dawn this morning. The Trump DOJ confirms agents executed a search warrant as part of a criminal investigation reportedly involving immigration paperwork completed by Omar’s late father when she was a CHILD. 1/

Trump showed up in Texas looking for cheers. Instead, his rally turned into absolute chaos. Protesters interrupting, Trump supporters getting physical, shouting matches, and security scrambling. So much for that Paxton boost.

The editors on every newspaper in Canada are overworked, understaffed and exhausted. For the most part, they are competent, committed people doing heroic work against the web, public indifference and (often) the owners. It's fine to huff and puff and make demands but the resources aren't there.

When Jesus healed the sick, he didn’t ask for a deductible. When he fed the hungry, he didn’t price gouge for a profit. When the Hebrew prophets saw corruption, they spoke truth to power. When I take on this corrupt system, I’m doing it on biblical grounds.
