Our presence in solidarity is important:standing with farmers, witnessing and documenting attacks, and creating a human buffer between Palestinians and the settlers who repeatedly terrorize them helps the olive harvest happen.

Twenty of our activists came to Bruqin yesterday to harvest olives alongside Palestinian farmers, and to make sure they did not have to face Israeli settler terror alone.

Three years after her killing he says “October 7th proved one thing: war kills people; violence makes everyone in its path vulnerable. The only way to generate safety is through peace.”

Yonatan Zeigen’s mother, peace activist Vivian Silver, was murdered on October 7 in Kibbutz Be’eri. Growing up with a parent active in cross-border peace work, he spent time with her and her friends in Gaza, also discovering a barbed wire fence while playing on the beach there.

Because we can’t let extremists win!

As the son of a respected peace activist who would take him to visit her friends in Gaza, it didn’t change his own belief in the need for peace. What it changed was his need to take action to actually fight for and build a completely different reality.

Three years ago Yonatan Zeigen’s mother, Vivian Silver, was brutally killed by Hamas in her home’s safe room. It was a moment that split his life into a before and an after.

And that is exactly why we cannot leave politics to people like him. The alternative is ordinarily Palestinians and Jews fighting together on the ground and building political power for equality, safety and peace. We will put an end to the ethnic cleansing, displacement and oppression.

This is Ben-Gvir’s politics. This is what he wants people to see before they go to the polls: Palestinian homes coming down, Palestinian families being pushed out, more land taken from Palestinians, more violence, more domination.

The families had spent years facing demolition orders and enormous fines while authorities refused to grant them the permits they needed to build legally.

At 4 a.m. today, Israeli forces raided a five-story building in Al-Tur, East Jerusalem, forced Palestinian families out with barely anything in their hands, and demolished 10 apartments — leaving around 70 Palestinians without their homes.

We disrupted an event held by Smotrich’s Religious Zionism party to say that we won't let extremists decide our future on this land and we will end the occupation!
