Our collab piece for the Bravely Default sketch compilation. Initially I and garmmy picked our favorite characters + favorite jobs to have them dressed up with. It's a lot of fun revisiting the old concept arts from the old official guidebook🤭

Hello can you believe it's been FOURTEEN YEARS since BDFF. Incredible. We compiled our doodles and illustrations here (old and new!), @garrrzzz.bsky.social and I got to reminisce over the music as well as sharing wishful thoughts over the characters and their stories.
Please take a look!
It's been a pleasure working with you! - Shin

Look at pose sketches and detailed close-up of @thrilledsalmon.bsky.social's dakimakura commission! The original pillow cover size is 160cm in length, it's going to be huge.
I'm so pleased to finally share my Remnan dakimakura commission from the amazing @kohiu.com ! Look at his fluffy pajamas based on his in-game outfit from Gnosia... I'm extremely excited to share the completed daki later this fall once it's been printed and shipped.

I will be at Color Fiesta (Sky Expo, HCMC) this weekend! I'm selling my comics, including the newest GL comic 'Heterophyllus' at table G23, Hall A1.

than Shortbox ever did. As someone who has only worked with Asian self-pub to indie comic space, this experience has given me the impression that all English-speaking indie comic space is like this. It has been traumatic to me personally, and (for my mental health) I can't see myself work with other
This is a long overdue reply, but thank you for sharing Bree! In before publishing this thread, I was warned against talking about it, I was also feeling incredibly isolated in my situation. Only when I got to connect with my local artists, who are kinder and had given me more patience and grace-
Our apologies for the late reply! We don't know if it's exclusive to fanbox creators yet since it's still dependent on Pixiv secretariat. We will keep you updated!

Don’t apply to Shortbox. Support the artists directly when they post on their storefront. A lot of us posted our SBCF comics for free or at a discount after the fair was over. At the end of the day, we just want people to read our comics, and that’s good enough. Cheers, - Kan Pham (KOHIU)
This is to remind long-time supporters of Shortbox the kind of behavior Zainab has behind the scenes, how she treats your favorite artists, and why so many of us decided to keep silent: it is to protect ourselves but also to protect the reputation of Shortbox.
- her mistreatment towards the artists who have built the reputation of the fair is, to me, intolerable. I’m making this statement to warn other artists who are new to the comic scene, that if you also happen to get starstruck when being accepted to this seemingly prestigious fair.
- these are organized by people who simply liked the idea of having more comics. While sympathizing with Zainab's background - a brown Muslim woman who has experienced the worst parts of the comics industry -
