EU & Canada are announcing strategic alliance next week around trade & defense.

But from Canadian govt perspective (and in joint statement with France & UK) they exceptionalize settler violence & escalation, while pushing two state agenda at the UN again this mth.

Note tho - annoucement is connected to these countries' efforts to revive Oslo. So we wont see end to trade agreement with Israel or full arms embargo.
