π But #dengue is not just a challenge for Bangladesh. Climate change, rainfall, & urbanization affect where & when outbreaks occur.
There's still no specific treatment for dengue. With millions at risk worldwide, developing one is an urgent global health priority.

Cutaneous #leishmaniasis is particularly difficult to treat in Ethiopia. A trial of thermotherapy and intralesional sodium stibogluconate found low cure rates, but thermotherapy may be a pragmatic choice when access to drugs is limited.
