I also got this little reaper which I believe was originally part of a set of string lights.

Today’s thrift store haul Scored some good Gemmy stuff this time! All the Gemmy stuff fully work, although the Booty Shaking Snowman’s base turning mechanism is a little weak.

Miscellaneous art from old sketchbooks

Some rough early designs of Quick Draw McGraw and Baba Looey from Ed Benedict.

Ed Benedict is one of my favorite cartoonist and a main inspiration on my art style. I wish they would release a book collecting a lot of his art.

I just love looking at Ed Benedict's early designs for Hanna-Barbera characters. He embraced the UPA style and understood how to make these designs work within limited animation. He was one of the artists who gave the studio its identity in the early years.

Nice! Thanks for drawing him! :]

Hello everyone! I'll be moving into an apartment tomorrow. After today, digital art will be put on hold until I get a computer desk for my apartment. I'll still interact with the community and post some traditional art as well as updates on the moving. See 'ya later! :]
