#vss365 From the cool crisp day to the shadows of night, the rot of #autumnal leaf fall persists. Insects busy about the task of corruption, as scavengers prepare for the harshness of winter. And all the while, as green becomes golden fire and ultimately drops, the veil thins around us...

#vss365 From the cool crisp day to the shadows of night, the rot of #autumnal leaf fall persists. Insects busy about the task of corruption, as scavengers prepare for the harshness of winter. And all the while, as green becomes golden fire and ultimately drops, the veil thins around us. Even the sounds deaden and fall flat as the fog steals the night. And shadow beings walk brazenly on the periphery of our fears. Hunting our contact. Our night terrors given form; stalking us. Safe before the hearth, our voices hush. Fearing each creak in the roof and floor. Counting the hours till dawn.
