Thank you!!!!

Also, you will simply never meet a man quiiiiite like the main character in this project. he is not a version of the sweet, bewildered wrongfully convicted man you’ve seen in popular media. he’s something else all together. you’ll see.

Relief is the closest word to what’s possible. I won’t say justice - that opportunity is long gone - but it’s still something. in many ways this case embodies all the fundamental instincts (not laws, not isms, but gut instincts that drive this hell system.

I haven’t posted much about it on here but I spent years on this project, it’s changed me at my core, I never thought I would spend this much time thinking about Michigan (O-H!) and it’s important because there’s still a chance for some form of…something. Something like relief.

I HAVE A NEW SHOW OUT GUYS

there's a self-protective instinct that causes so many people to defend the state in moments of terror. it's so much easier to think renee good had nefarious intentions — or even made an unfortunate mistake — than it is to think "they will kill without reason, and they would kill me too."
