@yop-dog.bsky.socialI try to do one kind thing for myself every day. its hard sometimes. but today me folding tomorrow me's laundry or prepping lunches for the week takes a little weight off my shoulders and makes tomorrow easier. it seems like an obvious thing, but I'm just learning it in my 30s and its been helping
