@darkdraketom.bsky.socialToday I tried doing UV's in Maya. After 3 hours of struggling and cursing, I had an epiphany. I now strongly believe who ever says doing UV's is hard has not done them in Blender. So I ported the model to Blender and made the UV's from scratch in 25min... Hours well spent 🤡

@darkdraketom.bsky.socialTwo things that drive me nuts in Maya. 1. You cannot extrude vertices. (Yes it will literally fight you on this) 2. There are no UV seams. Got to auto unwrap and then in the UV editor fix up stuff. >_>
