Apologies for the ambiguity in the post, but Thundermail, being in Early Bird, doesn't support sharing a domain across multiple accounts. If this is a feature you'd like to see, you can always suggest it to the team here: https://ideas.tb.pro/

Ugh! Can you let us know what version and OS you're using? Does this still happen in Troubleshoot mode? Have you checked any of the steps in this article? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/hyperlinks-in-messages-not-working? Let us know if this helps!

Pricing is also something the Thundermail team is discussing, and we'd love your comments on this discussion item on our Ideas page: https://ideas.tb.pro/p/additional-pricing-tiers

@thunderbird.netSep 9, 2026, 3:51 PM

Your suggestion is doo-dooly noted. 🤣

@thunderbird.netSep 9, 2026, 3:51 PM

While right now you can only add three custom domains, you have unlimited aliases for all three. We have a suggestion now under discussion to increase the custom domain limit, and we'd love to have your feedback here too: https://ideas.tb.pro/p/increase-custom-domains-limit

Does this seem like the bug you're encountering? https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1941999 - If it is, do you mind sharing your experience and your details (Thunderbird version, OS, screenshots) to help us reproduce and fix this? If not, would you mind opening a new bug report? Thank you!
