@wrtrstat.bsky.socialI just need to say this, I find illustrators Awesome! I can make words, but for the life of me, I can't draw. I am basically in awe of them, the illustrations, and you. =) Because you all can tell stories in a way that I just can not. You bring life, and can show your imagination on the outside.

@wrtrstat.bsky.socialTrue that, in many genres like mysteries, cozy, horror books, you have to sort of keep a reveals list. I have found that, even in those you can move things around & find inspiration and meanings even if you move them back again. And sometimes, reveals work better in places we don't expect them to.
@wrtrstat.bsky.socialWhen stuck in your writing. Sometimes moving scenes or chapters around in your story will help the story's flow, break you free in your writing. Gives you and your readers a chance to see something you haven't shown in your story. - Wrtr #AmWriting

@wrtrstat.bsky.socialKnowing when and where to stop in your story and writing to place the ending is an art form. Leave a bit to be discovered for the reader. Help them create a little bit of that story in their imagination. - Wrtr #AmWriting #AmEditing
