So I won't. Drawing people freely isn't about them. You must not let the fear of being hurt or ignored keep you from doing things. Spread the love or don't... But whenever you feel 'i wanna draw this guy'... Do it. This is what artists do. Bakers bake bread, artists draw.

Here's some advice for you wannabe artists, from someone who's survived this and that: Draw for free. Draw for people you like. Draw for people you hate and don't deserve it. But draw selfishly, because you wanted to draw someone's character. There is a lot to be said about it.

Certain conditions cause the brain to have wind-up periods that take days, and shut down other areas of competence in the meantime. This simply isn't studied enough but that's how you work like.
